Adorn the torma (Skt: bali, offering) with a painted image of a Garuda. Recite: 'Om Khrom Garuda Tsale Tsale Hum Phet (藏：ཨོཾ་ཁྲོཾ་ག་རུ་ཊ་ཙ་ལེ་ཙ་ལེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔)' 'Sarva Dushtan E Maraya (藏：སརྦ་དུཥྚན་ཨེ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་，梵：sarva duṣṭān e māraya，梵：Destroy all evil ones)', all inauspicious omens and illusions, upon the enemy Bhūyo Bhūyo (藏：བྷྱོ་བྷྱོ་，梵：bhūyo bhūyo，梵：More and more) Repel Repel (藏：བཟློག་བཟློག༔)'. 【English Translation】 With vast offerings, and offerings of burning nectar substances, and great offerings of union-liberation blood. May the five classes of Garudas of existence, together with their retinues, not waver from their commitment, and accomplish the entrusted activities. Wrathful emanation, Garuda King, now is the time to avert and transform all inauspicious omens. Please avert attachment and fear, and accomplish the entrusted activities. Thus invoked, averting inauspicious omens in a specific way: Hūṃ! I am the great glorious Wrathful King, adorned on my head with a blazing great Garuda. From the shaking of the Garuda's black mane, all the mothers of existence are agitated. Filled with hosts of other emanated wrathful ones, on the five wingtips of the right side, above appear ten wrathful ones, and secretly blaze ten wrathful ones. Common glory manifests ten wrathful ones, Great Perfection blazes ten wrathful ones, Takri manifests sixteen wrathful ones. All inauspicious omens, nine kinds of unpleasantness, are averted, averted by the blazing great Garuda. Transform, transform attachment into retaliation against the enemy!
