【現代漢語翻譯】 祈請 吽 八萬劫 吽！從八萬劫燃燒的宮殿中， 從鐵城無門十六座燃燒的中央， 從十二個燃燒的深淵的壇城中， 從顱骨燃燒的中央， 在佈滿利刃的鐵城宮殿中， 龍百萬、惡鬼千、土地神百的座墊上， 肥胖者、方位守護神、水牛踐踏的寶座上， 在方便與智慧日月之座上， 命主、壽主，黑色身軀請顯現！ 以兇猛之姿，將盜取靈魂者帶走。 從東方，勾攝仇敵邪魔之魂， 銅製人偶，獅子頭。 九頭九眼九面頸， 九手九足九意（藏文：ཙིཏྟ་，梵文天城體：चित्त，梵文羅馬擬音：citta，漢語字面意思：心）。 九足奔向虛空攝魂魄， 九眼怒視仇敵邪魔而擒拿， 九心牢記仇敵邪魔於心間， 九手從其身中掏出心意（藏文：ཙིཏྟ་，梵文天城體：चित्त，梵文羅馬擬音：citta，漢語字面意思：心）， 九口無情吞噬， 九舌暢飲鮮血之海。 所有仇敵邪魔皆入網！ 從南方，勾攝魂魄， 鐵製人偶，虎頭。 九頭九眼等如前述。 從西方，勾攝魂魄， 犀牛皮人偶，熊頭。 九頭九眼等如前述。 從北方，勾攝魂魄， 金製人偶，瓊鳥頭。 九頭九眼等如前述。
【English Translation】 Supplication Hum Eighty Thousand Kalpas Hum! From the palace burning for eighty-four thousand kalpas, From the center of the sixteen burning iron cities without doors, From the mandala of the twelve burning abysses, From the center of the burning skull city, In the iron city palace filled with razors, On the cushions of a million nagas, a thousand fierce spirits, and a hundred landowners, On the throne trampled by fat ones, directional guardians, and buffaloes, On the seat of skillful means and wisdom, sun and moon, Lord of Life, Lord of Longevity, Black Body, please arise! With a wrathful demeanor, take away those who steal the life force. From the east, hook the enemy and obstructer's life force, Copper effigy, lion's head. Nine heads, nine eyes, nine faces, and necks, Nine hands, nine feet, nine citta (藏文：ཙིཏྟ་，梵文天城體：चित्त，梵文羅馬擬音：citta，Chinese literal meaning: mind). Nine feet run to the empty realms to seize the life force, Nine eyes glare at and seize the enemy and obstructer, Nine hearts hold the enemy and obstructer in mind, Nine hands extract the citta (藏文：ཙིཏྟ་，梵文天城體：चित्त，梵文羅馬擬音：citta，Chinese literal meaning: mind) from within, Nine mouths devour without mercy, Nine tongues drink the ocean of blood.
