【現代漢語翻譯】 長壽法密集傳承祈請文.速得加持 唉瑪吙！ 遍知智慧身具足，無量壽佛（Tshe-dpag-med，梵文：Amitāyus，阿彌陀佛）。 五種決定之壽主，五部至尊種姓尊。 自生大悲之本體，觀世音菩薩（spyan-ras-gzigs，梵文：Avalokiteśvara）。 祈請賜予壽命之成就。 證得不死金剛身，蓮花生（Padma-byung，梵文：Padmasambhava）大士。 心子首座及眷屬，君臣友伴共五眾。 具願力之朗卓譯師（Lang-gro-lo-tsā-ba）。 祈請賜予壽命之成就。 開啟深伏藏之持明者，熱那林巴（Ratna-gling）。 心之殊勝子，持壽自在名稱等。 （此處插入各自傳承次第） 祈請傳承持明上師眾，賜予壽命之成就。 於我等頂髻日月蓮花座，無量眷屬及諸佛之本體。 恩德無等根本上師。 祈請賜予壽命之成就。 以灌頂成熟相續，誓言清凈。 生圓次第道之瑜伽修至究竟。 唉വം（E-vaṃ，梵文， एवम्， evam，如是）雙運本初金剛命。 祈願加持成就壽命持明。
【English Translation】 Prayer for the Swift Bestowal of Blessings from the Profound Gathering of Longevity Practices Emaho! Tsepakme (Tshe-dpag-med, Skt: Amitāyus), possessing the all-pervading wisdom body, The five supreme families of longevity lords, endowed with the five certainties, Chenrezig (spyan-ras-gzigs, Skt: Avalokiteśvara), the embodiment of self-arisen compassion, We pray, bestow the siddhi of longevity! Padma Jungne (Padma-byung, Skt: Padmasambhava), who attained the deathless vajra body, His heart-sons, chief disciples, retinue of king, ministers and friends, And Langdro Lotsawa, powerful with aspirations, We pray, bestow the siddhi of longevity! Rigdzin Ratna Lingpa, who opened the doors to the profound terma, His supreme heart-sons, Tshewang Drakpa, and others, (Insert here the lineage of each) We pray to the assembly of lineage-holding vidyadharas, Bestow the siddhi of longevity! Upon the lotus seat of sun and moon at the crown of my head, The very essence of the Victorious Ones with their infinite children, To the root guru, whose kindness is unequaled, We pray, bestow the siddhi of longevity! Ripening the continuum through empowerment, vows completely pure, The yoga of the generation and completion stages brought to perfection, May we be blessed to accomplish the vidyadhara of longevity, The primordial vajra life of E-vam (E-vaṃ, Skt: एवम्, evam, Thus).
