【現代漢語翻譯】 長壽鐵柱法贖命 吽！ 頂禮薄伽梵（Bhagavan，世尊）耶喜策巴麥（Amitayus，無量壽智）怙主！ 祈請自在掌控五大元素的諸位天女， 增益瑜伽士我的壽命與福運！ 于上下十方器世間之中， 尋回逃逸、流散、衰退之壽命。 祈請從八萬魔障之眾手中， 尋回被盜、被奪、被毀之壽命。 平息五大元素敵對侵擾之業力， 恢復衰損、耗盡、散失之壽命。 從驚嚇愕然、昏厥暈倒， 以及恐慌害怕中，救護壽命與福運。 祈請賜予尋回壽命、守護福運之成就！ 祈請融入五大元素、五種光明熾燃之壽命精華， 賜予我不死壽命之成就！ 如是祈禱。 將壽命丸觀想于酒上：從自身心間放出光芒，照射到前方生起之本尊眾，從本尊心間的舍（hrīḥ，ཧྲཱིཿ）字和結合處放出各種光芒，照射到所有方向，彙集輪涅（འཁོར་འདས，saṃsāra-nirvāṇa）一切壽命和福德，特別是五大的精華，全部聚集融合，融入壽命酒、壽命糧食和壽命丸中。觀想其緩緩融入。唸誦：嗡 策 仲（oṃ tse bhrūṃ），玉 仲（yu bhrūṃ），玉 策 仲（yu tse bhrūṃ），阿玉嘉納 玉 策 仲（āyu jñāna yu tse bhrūṃ）。
【English Translation】 The Life-Retrieval of the Long-Life Iron Pillar Method Hūṃ! Homage to the Bhagavan (Bhagavan, Blessed One), Lord Yeshe Tsepakme (Amitayus, Immeasurable Wisdom Life)! I beseech the hosts of goddesses who control the five elements, Increase the life and fortune of the yogi, myself! Within the vessel-world of the ten directions, above and below, Retrieve the life that has fled, wandered, and declined. I beseech you to retrieve the life that has been stolen, seized, and destroyed From the eighty thousand hosts of obstructing forces. Pacify the karmic actions of the warring elemental enemies, Restore the life that has diminished, exhausted, and scattered. Protect life and fortune from being startled, fainting, And terrified by panic. I beseech you to grant the accomplishment of retrieving life and protecting fortune! Infuse the essence of life with the five elements and the five blazing lights, Grant me the accomplishment of immortal life! Thus it is said. Focus on the long-life pills in the alcohol: From the heart of oneself, radiate light. When it strikes the deity assembly of the front generation, from the syllable hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ) in the heart and the junction, various rays of light radiate in all directions. The life and merit of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa (འཁོར་འདས), especially all the essences of the five elements, are gathered together and absorbed into the long-life alcohol, long-life grains, and long-life pills. Meditate on it slowly dissolving. Recite: Oṃ Tse Bhrūṃ, Yu Bhrūṃ, Yu Tse Bhrūṃ, Āyu Jñāna Yu Tse Bhrūṃ.
