【現代漢語翻譯】持戒頂禮局米旁大師！持戒祈請所有佛子與諸佛，以及勇士空行母眾垂念於我。我，持明者，從此時起，直至菩提果位，如三世諸佛所證悟般，發起無上殊勝的菩提心。我將堅守三種戒律：別解脫戒，菩薩戒（攝善法戒），饒益有情戒。皈依佛、法、僧三寶，從今日起，堅定地持守從佛陀瑜伽中生起的誓言。于偉大的金剛部族中，我將如實地受持金剛、鈴和手印。我亦將依止上師。于珍寶部族中，我將每日六時，歡喜地行持四種佈施。于從大菩提心中生起的，清凈蓮花部族中，我將分別受持外、內、密三乘的殊勝教法。于偉大的事業部族中，我將如實地受持一切戒律，並盡力行持供養。發起無上殊勝的菩提心后，爲了利益一切眾生，我將受持所有戒律。我將度化未度化的眾生，解脫未解脫的眾生，救助失去呼吸的眾生，引導眾生趨向涅槃。如是。斷絕殺生、偷盜、妄語、邪淫、飲酒，我將完全捨棄這五種罪惡之業。我不接受附有罪惡的頭銜，不食用不凈之食，不說惡語，不修持鬼神、阿修羅、自在天的法。我不殺害牛、孩童、婦女、男人，以及天人上師的所依物。我不誹謗圓滿正等覺佛陀、僧眾、上師和道友。我將永遠避免對色等五境，放縱五根，生起貪執。我將奉行能摧毀輪迴怖畏的，二十五種主要誓言。不為自身利益而執著，發起殊勝菩提心，修持無嗔恨、自他平等的菩提心，以及遠離愚癡，斷除我執和我所執。安住於三種善根，遠離十不善業和五種障礙，以及貪、嗔、癡、慢、嫉妒、貪慾、無明，和見解上的過失。

【English Translation】 Precepts Homage to Master Jumi Peng! Precepts I beseech all the Buddhas and their sons, And all the brave yoginis to consider me. I, the holder of awareness, From this time forth, until the essence of enlightenment, As the protectors of the three times have realized enlightenment, I generate the unsurpassed and supreme Bodhicitta. I will firmly uphold the three trainings of discipline: The Pratimoksha vows, The accumulation of virtuous Dharmas, And the discipline of benefiting sentient beings. I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, From today onwards, I will firmly uphold the vows that arise from Buddha Yoga. In the great Vajra family, I will truly hold the Vajra, bell, and mudra. I will also rely on the masters. In the precious Ratna family, I will offer the four kinds of generosity, Six times each day, with joy. In the pure Padma family, Which arises from the great Bodhicitta, I will separately uphold the supreme teachings of the outer, inner, and secret vehicles. In the great Karma family, I will truly hold all the vows completely, And I will perform offerings to the best of my ability. Having generated the unsurpassed and supreme Bodhicitta, For the benefit of all sentient beings, I will uphold all the vows without exception. I will liberate those who are not liberated, I will free those who are not freed, I will give breath to those who have lost their breath, And I will lead sentient beings to Nirvana. Thus it is. Abstaining from killing, stealing, lying, adultery, and drinking alcohol, I will completely abandon these five evil deeds. I do not accept titles with sins, do not eat impure food, do not speak harsh words, and do not practice the Dharma of ghosts, asuras, or Ishvara. I do not kill cows, children, women, men, or the supports of gods and human masters. I do not slander the fully enlightened Buddha, the Sangha, the Guru, and Dharma friends. I will always avoid indulging the five senses in the five objects such as forms, And generating attachment. I will practice the twenty-five main vows, Which destroy the fear of samsara. Without attachment to my own benefit, I generate the supreme Bodhicitta, I cultivate equanimity towards self and others without hatred, And compassion that is free from ignorance, abandoning self-grasping and grasping at self. Abiding in the three roots of virtue, I will abandon the ten non-virtuous actions and the five obscurations, As well as attachment, aversion, ignorance, pride, jealousy, desire, and unawareness, And the flaws in views.
