By the truth of your wisdom, love, and power, even though I repeatedly implore and receive no result, feeling disheartened, please be especially compassionate towards me, the unfortunate one. 14 I am disturbed by the waves of evil karma and afflictions, enveloped in a cocoon of disease, demons, and obstacles. Even though I single-mindedly take refuge in you, O Supreme Protector, do you not wish to offer even a little comfort with your compassion? 15 You who possess power and compassion, although you possess the strength of great and wondrous compassion, alas! 【English Translation】 Ah! With reverence and devotion, treating most of the Tibetan people, especially those who consider themselves unfortunate and whose suffering increases. 25 Now, as the evils of the degenerate age greatly increase, the protectors of the snowy mountains (Avalokiteśvara's incarnations), the father and mother (referring to the successive Dalai Lamas and Panchen Lamas), are not remembered, and many people repay kindness with evil. Just as the teachings are about to be destroyed by barbarians. 26 Tormented by the times, people like me, even if a few have faith and devotion in you, are still stirred by the waves of their own and others' suffering and afflictions, helplessly enduring a fate of decline. 27 At that time, in the Glorious Copper-Colored Mountain, the Lotus Light Palace, the embodiment of all Buddhas, the incomparable incarnation, the refuge of all sentient beings of us Tibetan people, the venerable master and consort (Padmasambhava and his consort) reside there, I remember them thus. 28 Unable to lie still in bed, breathing becomes difficult, and tears fall like rain. Day and night, I pray to you incessantly, but you do not offer even a little compassionate relief. 29 From countless eons ago, for the sake of benefiting others, the wisdom body that has perfected the vast accumulations of merit and wisdom, possessing incomparable power and ability, are not I and those like me, suffering and filled with sorrow. 30 Are we not the objects of your compassion? It is impossible that you do not know. If, when praying, due to the karmic conditions of those to be tamed, blessings do not descend, that is impossible. 31 Why has my hope been in vain? Even if I pray repeatedly, if there is no power of compassion, who can we unfortunate ones rely on? Who is the protector of the helpless and disheartened? 32 Perhaps it is due to my own faults, my sins are heavy. If I and those like me, when seeking refuge in you, also become despondent like this, then alas, it is too sad. 33 If your followers and those who believe in your teachings, O Guru Rinpoche, have a better destiny than others, then even if I alone decline, I can endure it, but who would not be happy to see the manifestation of your compassion? 34 You are the embodiment of the compassion of all Buddhas, you descend blessings more quickly than all Buddhas, Protector, you have said that especially in the degenerate age, you will save all the faithful Tibetan people. 35 The fruit of this vajra truth should appear when followers pray, from now on, please place your followers and disciples in a higher position than others. 36 In this experience of the city of karmic actions of existence, like a dream, even if the power of compassion is difficult to manifest for a while, when will your infallible blessings manifest? 37 Therefore, whether I am happy or suffering, whether I rise or fall.

【English Translation】 Until the summit of existence, the Akaniṣṭha, wherever I may be reborn, May the venerable Guru and consort hold me with their compassion! (38) In all my lives, may I rely on Padmasambhava and Yeshe Tsogyal (Consort of Padmasambhava) as the deity of my heart, May all kinds of discursive thoughts, doubts, and wrong views, Not arise even for a moment! (39) With the purest self-discipline, May I follow the instructions of the Guru and consort, May faith and pure perception increase like the sky, May I see the ocean of the Guru's qualities! (40) For the Guru's teachings and the Dharma, Even entering the fierce fire of the Avīci hell, May I be like a swan swimming in a lotus lake, May I gain the fearless and joyful courage! (41) May I eradicate the stain of clinging to self-interest, For the sake of the Dharma and benefiting others, even giving up my own life, As numerous as the dust particles of countless realms, May I have no thought of difficulty! (42) In the pure realm of appearance and existence, May I freely enjoy with profound wisdom, May all the degenerations of the degenerate age turn into helpers, May the qualities of the grounds and paths increase! (43) In previous lives, disrespect towards the Guru and The practice of profound secret mantras, etc., Whatever has become an obstacle in this life and the next, May it be completely purified from today onwards! (44) Until the ultimate essence of enlightenment, From the Guru's teachings and the Vajrayana, All the meanings that have been spoken, May I practice with great joy! (45) At that time, all the outer and inner conditions, Whatever obstacles may arise, May they turn into aids on the path like wood fueling a fire, May I accomplish both benefits without wavering! (46) The benefit of oneself and others, the Dharma and the welfare of beings, May all the wishes in my heart be fulfilled as desired, May life, merit, and the auspicious glory of both benefits, Increase from above and be perfectly and spontaneously accomplished! (47) On the seed of pure intention, With the warmth of good wishes and the power of the Three Roots and victorious ones, May the rain of blessings moisten it, and may countless Fruits of benefit and happiness ripen, becoming a great wish-fulfilling tree! (48) In this degenerate age, on the cool earth, May this tree be widespread, constant, unmoving, and with firm roots, May it grow extensively as sustenance for beings, May it greatly benefit the teachings of Padmasambhava! (49) May the qualities of the grounds and paths increase without obstruction, May the great task of spreading the Dharma and benefiting beings be spontaneously accomplished, May all those connected to me and all those related, Be reborn in the pure land of Lotus Light!
