【現代漢語翻譯】 取成就儀軌 ཧོཿ 根本傳承上師、本尊寂靜忿怒諸尊，瑪姆空行、具誓護法等，尤其藥神、藥王大自在，藥神天女、仙人成就者眾。 को रि सि ང་ ह དབང་ ཕྱུག་ ཕོ་ ཉའི་ ཚོགས། (藏文) གནས་ ཡུལ་ དུར་ ཁྲོད་ རྣམས་ སུ་ བཞུགས་ པ་ ཡི། (藏文) བདུད་ རྩི་ བཅུད་ ལེན་ སྒྲུབ་ པའི་ གྲོགས་ མཛད་ མ། (藏文) སྔོན་ གྱི་ ཞལ་ བཞེས་ ཐུགས་ དམ་ ཅན་ རྣམས་ ལ། (藏文) 科瑞僧哈自在使者眾，安住處所尸陀林，甘露精華修持之友，往昔誓言心意者。 供養食子甘露之供，以猛烈渴求之心懇請，地下、地上、地上之世界，空行、持明成就者勝妙宮殿。 自遍佈虛空大清凈剎土，穩固與變動之精華，智慧甘露精髓，無餘彙集于成就壇城，祈願成就無死精華妙藥。 ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿ ཧཱུྃ་ཨེ་ཨ་ར་ལི་ཧྲི་ད་ཧྲི་ད་ཛཿ ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ར་ས་ཡ་ན་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ་ཛ་ཕེམཿ (藏文) Om Ah Hum E Ah Ra Li Hri Da Hri Da Dzah Amrita Rasa Ya Na Siddhi Hum Dza Phem (梵文天城體，梵文羅馬擬音，甘露精華成就 吽 扎 啪) 薩朗月十七日。
【English Translation】 Ritual for Obtaining Accomplishment HO! Root and lineage Lamas, peaceful and wrathful deities, Mamos, Dakinis, oath-bound protectors, Especially the great lord of medicine and protection, Medicine goddesses, assemblies of sages and accomplished ones. Ko ri sing ha wang chuk pho nyé tsok (Tibetan). Those who dwell in places, charnel grounds, Friends in accomplishing the nectar essence, Those who hold the heart of previous promises. Offering the Baliṅ and nectar offerings, I implore with intense longing from the heart, From the worlds below, above, and on the earth, The supreme palace of sky-goers, Vidyadharas, and accomplished ones. From the vast pure realms pervading the sky, The essence of the stable and moving, the wisdom nectar essence, Gathered completely into the mandala of accomplishment, May the supreme substance of immortal essence be accomplished.
