【現代漢語翻譯】 三寶加持等 以三寶的真諦，聖者妙吉祥（'འཇམ་དཔལ'，文殊菩薩），摩訶金龜（'མ་ཧཱ་གསེར་གྱི་རུས་སྦལ'），大種五母天女（'ཡུམ་ཆེན་འབྱུང་བའི་ལྷ་མོ་ལྔ'），以及掌管世間法則的諸神之加持力，憑藉殊勝的緣起物、咒語和專注的禪定，今日我所做的這些，愿我和我的眷屬，以及一切眾生，都能脫離往昔的業力，一切惡緣的過患都得以平息。愿年月時辰、兇煞、惡曜、星宿、兇方、惡時的所有過患都得以平息。愿從一切災難、裸形鬼、邪祟、阻礙、險境中解脫。愿一切疾病、邪魔、兇兆、不祥之事都徹底平息。 愿一切晦氣、污穢、突發事件、惡緣都平息消散。愿一切九怖畏、九粗猛、不悅意、痛苦都徹底平息。愿未來不再發生。愿未來直至菩提果位之間，吉祥安樂，一切願望皆能實現，並給予一切眾生無畏的、偉大的安樂，以及殊勝的救護。唸誦息滅八萬魔障等。於火馬年七月二十四日。善妙增上！DHĪḤ（藏文：དྷཱིཿ，梵文天城體：धीः，梵文羅馬擬音：dhīḥ，含義：智慧）由名者書寫。
【English Translation】 Blessings of the Three Jewels, etc. By the truth of the Three Jewels, the noble Mañjuśrī (འཇམ་དཔལ), the Mahā Golden Tortoise (མ་ཧཱ་གསེར་གྱི་རུས་སྦལ), the Five Great Mother Goddesses of the Elements (ཡུམ་ཆེན་འབྱུང་བའི་ལྷ་མོ་ལྔ), and the blessings of the gods who govern the laws of the world, through the power of sacred substances, mantras, focused meditation, and profound auspicious connections, by performing this ritual today, may all faults of past karma and evil circumstances be pacified for myself and all my retinue, as well as for all sentient beings. May all faults of years, months, days, times, hidden signs, evil planets, constellations, inauspicious directions, and evil times be pacified. May we be liberated from all calamities, naked ghosts, evil spirits, obstacles, and dangers. May all diseases, demons, bad omens, and inauspicious events be completely pacified. May all defilements, impurities, sudden occurrences, and evil circumstances be pacified and disappear. May all nine fears, nine brutalities, unwanted sufferings be completely pacified. May they not arise in the future. May there be auspiciousness, well-being, and the fulfillment of all wishes in the future until the essence of enlightenment, and may great fearless bliss and supreme protection be bestowed upon all sentient beings. Recite the pacification of eighty thousand kinds of obstacles, etc. On the 24th day of the 7th month of the Fire Horse year. May goodness increase!
