Prepare a pure white milk offering. Begin by cultivating refuge and bodhicitta. Visualize yourself instantly as Manjushri, the supreme giver, in the form of Vajra, and recite his mantra a little. The milk offering transforms into a vast ocean of wisdom nectar. Recite: OM AH HUNG HO (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧོ།，梵文天城體：ओम् आः हूँ होः，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ hoḥ，漢語字面意思：嗡啊吽霍) three times to bless it. From emptiness, the material elements of the substitute torma transform into a treasure of inexhaustible desires. Bless it with the Three Syllables (OM AH HUNG, 藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城體：ओम् आः हूँ，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，漢語字面意思：嗡啊吽) and the Four Complete Mantras (藏文：སམྦྷ་ར་མཚན་བཞིའི་བརླབ，梵文天城體：सम्भारमचन बझीइर्बर्लभ，梵文羅馬擬音：sambhāramacana bajhiirbarlabha，漢語字面意思：Four Complete Name Blessings). HO! We invoke the Three Jewels, To benefit beings here and now, We invite, prostrate, and offer, Look upon us with compassion and bless. Buddhas of the ten directions and three times, Sons and daughters of the Buddhas, hosts of bodhisattvas, Vidyadhara deities, male and female, Accept this nectar offering. Wrathful deities and their retinues, Heroes, dakinis, dharma protectors, Local deities, white-sided protectors, Accept this nectar offering. Years, months, days, times, planets, and stars, Par, Sme, earth lords, and elemental deities, Worldly and mundane gods and demons, Accept this nectar offering. Sages, accomplished ones, hosts of gods, Medicine goddesses, protectors, and guardians, Those who act to benefit beings, Accept this nectar offering. Wishing to benefit those who suffer, Through the blessing of great vows, Pacify the sickness of this patient, Grant long life, health, and accomplishment. Having recited this, scatter the milk essence into the sky. Recite: HO! This substitute torma, a sea of desires, Is offered to this particular person, For any past karmic debts, And present obstructing influences, All harming disease lords and elemental spirits, I offer this to you, may you be satisfied, Debts, grudges, and harms are pacified, May gods and demons accept this substitute, This person/livestock is given to the yogi, Release what is bound, untie what is tied, Loosen what is tightened, lift what is pressed down, Extract the disease and completely remove it, Send the demons back to their own places. Recite verses such as 'Take it away.' If it is important, repeat the Three Syllables and the Four Complete Mantras three times, and then recite: SARVA BHUTA GACCHA (藏文：སརྦ་བྷཱུ་ཏ་གཙྪཿ，梵文天城體：सर्व भूत गच्छ，梵文羅馬擬音：sarva bhūta gaccha，漢語字面意思：All भूत depart!), dismissing them. Recite auspicious verses such as 'All ghosts and spirits' and 'May eighty thousand obstacles be pacified,' and then discard the substitute. Doing this will definitely have an immediate effect.
