This eighth section on what is needed for the body includes eight aspects: making the body strong, improving complexion, preventing black sweat, eliminating odor, grooming hair, pacifying minor illnesses, improving voice, and benefiting teeth. First, the instruction of Vajra Water (Dorje Chu, 藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆུ།): Burn a good iron pot in a blacksmith's coal pile until red-hot, then immerse it in good calamus water. Anoint the body with this water, and the body will become firm, like a vajra. Life will be as radiant as the sun and moon, complexion as beautiful as a peacock, strength immense, and eyes will see the realm of Brahma. There will be no white hair or wrinkles, and other inconceivable benefits such as rejuvenation. This is the oral instruction of the Kalachakra. Mix it with Aru and consume it internally, and wash and anoint the body externally. This is an indestructible ambrosia that makes the body like a vajra.' 『If this is applied to the corpse of a deceased person, even without consciousness, the radiance of the body will not fade and will remain for a long time.』 Therefore, mixing this with the above Vajra Water and applying it to the body will make it hard and stable, and maintain its radiance. Additionally, grinding dragon bone into powder and mixing it with oil, applying it where warmth is needed, will prevent the body from losing heat. It is said that internal consumption also strengthens the bones. Vajra ash (Dorje Talka, 藏文：ཐལ་ཀ་རྡོ་རྗེ།) arising from the relics of the Buddha is a medicine that hardens flesh and bones like stone. Therefore, if one consumes iron pot ash, rock essence, Vajra ash, and dragon bone, the flesh and bones will become as hard as a vajra, becoming the ultimate in stability. Good Complexion Second, regarding what benefits the skin of the body, first is eliminating blemishes: For eliminating skin spots, mix equal parts of black myrobalan, aconite, treated lime, egg, and silver ore, and grind them into a powder. It is best to mix it with the urine of an eight-year-old virgin (born in the year of the Tiger), or if that is not available, with the urine of any eight-year-old girl. First, lightly scrape the skin spots with the tip of a knife, then apply the medicine and expose it to the sun, and it will surely work. Rue, galangal, white mustard, household ash, and seeds of Potentilla anserina, etc., slowly grind and rub on the body, it can eliminate all skin diseases such as vitiligo, scabies, small pimples, itching, etc. It is said that frequent use is better than anything else for leprosy and vitiligo in women or children. Applying Durva grass and mustard seeds can eliminate ringworm, and it is also beneficial for burns, eye diseases, and dog bites. If there are pimples on the face, mix the dung of a house swallow with water and apply it for seven days, the pimples will disappear. Repeatedly applying copper green and juniper can eliminate warts. Applying sea salt and turmeric juice also has the same effect. On the full moon day, take soil from a crossroads, wipe the warts, and then wash with your own urine, which can eliminate the warts. Secondly, methods to make the skin radiant: Applying a mixture of rue, lard, haritaki, frankincense, and sesame oil with cow's milk can eliminate blemishes on the face and make the skin as radiant as a newborn lotus. Alternatively, grinding sea foam and yellow pearls into powder, mixing with honey, and applying it also has the same effect. Alternatively, a paste made from mustard powder, Tangphrom, cinnabar, and mirabilite also has the same effect. Applying a paste made from the bark of oak and juniper, pitch, and rapeseed powder boiled in milk and butter on the face will make it as beautiful as the sunrise. Applying a paste made from mustard powder, pitch, and rapeseed mixed with goat's milk on the face will make the face as beautiful as the moon. Mixing barley flour, mustard seed flour, cow's milk, butter, frankincense, and honey in equal amounts, wiping it on the face will make the skin as radiant as a newborn lotus; wiping it on the feet will make the feet as beautiful as lotus petals. With this method, all women will become beautiful and attractive in the royal palace. Applying the sediment of milk tea and cow's milk on the face, leaving it for a while, and then washing it off can remove dirt and brighten the complexion. If the face is tanned by the sun and cold wind, apply brown sugar paste, leave it for a day or so, and then wash it off, which can eliminate the tan. The scripture says that cinnamon, cardamom, spikenard, Indian frankincense, bay leaf, saffron, cloves, rue, and Nagi (a kind of herb), as well as three parts of amla, are the best facial cleansers. The scripture says that bathing with sandalwood water can increase the body's radiance. If you want the body to be without wrinkles, boil black pearls in mare's milk, then add almond oil, ghee, and red cow's milk, first wash your body with your own urine, and then ingest these substances as well, applying them all over the body, which can make the skin young and without wrinkles. This is the teaching of the Vidyadhara Garab Dorje. In addition, grinding mustard, cinnabar, Seybru (a plant seed), and mirabilite into powder and applying it to the skin can prevent wrinkles.

【English Translation】 Boil sandalwood, nutmeg, and saffron in water. Visualize nectar descending, expelling diseases from all pores, and recite the mantra for purifying obscurations. Do this for all diseases, and recite the mantra that eliminates all diseases, which is taught in the 'Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Tantra'. Om Kṣa Pa Ya Kṣa Pa Ya Kṣi Svāhā. Take elephant dung, put it in a tortoise shell, and use it to fumigate the house, and ghost lice etc. will completely disappear, as stated in the tantra. Reciting one hundred thousand times is the measure of the mantra. The visualization is: oneself is in the boundless sky; the mantra transforms into dense clouds in the south; the throat is visualized as a blue-green jade dragon; the mantra creates a drizzle of nectar; during the supplication, visualize oneself and limitless sentient beings; all obscurations; transform into the fire of hatred, and rain down the rain of Bodhi; obscurations are purified, and oneself is visualized as a crystal vase filled with milk. This is recorded in the commentary on the single son doctrine of the great Vidyadhara Garab Dorje and in many terma. The 'Nectar Tantra' states: 'Conch is the nectar for tooth growth; when mixed with lion's milk and applied, it will definitely grow.' If lion's milk is not found, then the milk of thirty types of wild animals is required. Medicines for clarifying the eyes: Evergreen grass root, Awa (Terminalia chebula), Calamus, Saffron, Bear bile, Iron snake meat, Arura (Terminalia bellirica), Iron ore, Stone spear tip, etc., grind into powder, mix with honey, and make pills the size of meatballs. Taking them on an empty stomach will make the eyes very clear. Alternatively, Rock moss, Rock lichen, Three fruits, Awa root, Evergreen grass, Blue snake meat, Bear bile, and if available, the bile of black dogs, crows, bears, mules, black horses, owls, etc. Mix these medicines with honey to make a paste, and take it continuously every morning for three months, and it will become as clear as fleshy eyes. It is also said: Awa, Sheep horn, Sweet wood, Saffron, Arura, Iron ore, etc., boiled in goat's or sheep's milk and taken, can also enhance eyesight and make the eyes bright. Saffron's vam (藏文: ཝཾ་, 天城體: वं, IAST: vaṃ, meaning: seed syllable), musk, white sandalwood, bear bile, fish bile, nutmeg, camphor, cinnabar, white conch, snake eyes, golden-eyed fish eyes, meadow, Sagaram resin, safflower, etc., mixed with maple bark juice, add sheep milk, and instill into the eyes to eliminate all eye diseases and vision loss, make the eyes bright, and attain eye-related siddhis. On top of this, adding the powder of old black and white striped agate, as well as the yolk of the eggs of orioles and black hen, will be even better. The secret method for curing deafness, the mantra for Uttara (方位詞，北方) sound transmission, is: Peacock feathers, Costus root, Rue, Aquilaria fruit soaked in cold water, and repeatedly instill the juice into the ears. Then use a thin tube or feather quill to suck out pus and blood, etc. Or mix these medicines with radish juice and instill. Or grind Rue, Costus root, Peacock feathers, one clove of garlic into a fine powder, put it into the hollow of a young radish, seal the opening with a radish slice, cover the outside with clay, and then burn it in a fire.

【English Translation】 Burn it in the ashes. When it's cool, take out the radish from the clay, add mustard, garlic in the wind, ginger, myrobalan, red salt. Mix all of these together, grind them into a powder, boil them in butter, cool them to a warm temperature, pour them into the ear, and block the hole with warm tsampa. The next morning, suck it out with a tube. Then fumigate it with the steam of an old sheep's head boiled in wine. Do this until the deafness is gone. After seven days, it will flow out. After half the time, place three moxibustion points on the high bone behind the ear. It is said that this keeps the ear healthy, whether old or young. This is a treasure of Pema Lingpa. In order to clarify any sense faculty, in the center of the empty tube of that sense faculty, visualize the seed syllable of your own yidam deity, or either Om (ཨོཾ，Sanskrit: ओ，Romanization: oṃ，body, speech, and mind), Ah (ཨཱཿ，Sanskrit: आः，Romanization: āḥ，unborn), or Hum (ཧཱུྃ，Sanskrit: हुं，Romanization: hūṃ，wrathful), appearing as the essence of the deity. From that, radiate light, and all the defects of the sense faculty go out like smoke from a chimney. From the ten directions, gather the power and essence of the sense faculty of the world and peace, and the essence of stability and movement, and dissolve them into the seed syllable. Like this, repeatedly do the gathering and dispersing, and recite the mantra that you are practicing a hundred times, etc. Finally, pray for what you want, and then dissolve it into that place, thinking that it has been blessed as a vajra sense faculty. In this way, eliminate the defects of the sense faculty and attain accomplishment. For the mind faculty, it should be visualized in the heart. In order to always feel happy and blissful, use nutmeg, curd, agarwood, lychee, myrobalan, saffron, Costus, and campanula as medicine. Follow the visualization described above, and let your mind be like the sky, not clinging to anything, and relax naturally. Recite the mantra: Tadyatha. Om, Tsomeulini, Dukatham, Svaha. Reciting this mantra every day whenever it is convenient will calm your mind, and you will feel warm and very happy. Moreover, you will obtain immeasurable qualities such as auspiciousness. This is the secret instruction of the treasure. The vajra body is the best support for mantra, the seat of the deity, and the root of the four sections. Therefore, by serving it, may I also bring great benefit to others.
